Mission & Purpose
The Christine di Grandi Jones Education Scholarship (CJES) will award scholarships to qualified candidates who wish to further their real estate education, knowledge, and professional development.
This scholarship was formed in loving memory of longtime education chairperson, Christine di Grandi Jones to commemorate and memorialize her great involvement and contributions in many facets of the Dutchess County Association of REALTORS.

Eligibility Musts
Be a Member in Good Standing of DCAR
Be licensed for a minimum of 1 year
Have production results, at least three closed transactions in the past year
Application Requirements
2 letters of recommendation from the past three months
1 letter of recommendation from your broker (waived if you are a principal broker)
Letter stating why you would like to receive a scholarship.
Types of Classes or Educational Opportunities you can apply scholarship to
NAR Designation Courses (ABR, CIP, GREEN, GRI Classes, MRP, RSPS, SRS, and more)
NYSAR Classes
Classes from other associations (DCAR classes are free)
Classes from other real estate schools
Broker Qualifying Courses
