Disputes often arise due to a break down in communication during a transaction. If you wish to attemt to resolve an issue quickly and informally you may invoke one or both of the following options:
1) Ombudsman: Our Ombudsman will contact the other party to gain an understanding of the 'other side' of the matter, and facilitate communication between you and the other party through a neutral party in hopes to reach a resolution or understanding.
2) Mediation: Both parties are brought together via Zoom for a session with a trained mediator. The goal is to facilitate communication face to face and try to come up with a mutual understanding and or resolution to the issue.
