MLS Access Through DCAR Membership
Membership with the Dutchess County Association of REALTORS® (DCAR) qualifies REALTORS® to subscribe to and access Multiple Listing Services (MLS).
DCAR membership satisfies the REALTOR® association requirement needed to obtain an MLS subscription. Once you are an active DCAR member, you may choose to subscribe to the MLS that best fits your business needs.
Important:
MLS subscriptions are separate from REALTOR® association membership and are billed and managed directly by each MLS.
