The New York Real Estate Learning Center, INC. is celebrating its ten year anniversary.  We are the only school in New York State that guarantees that you will pass our course and the New York State test, or you may repeat the course at OUR expense. 

Not only are we approved for New York State Salespersons, Broker and  Continuing Education courses but we are the only private licensed provider for the National Association of REALTORS designation courses, Real Estate Buyers Agents Council, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Women's Council of REALTORS.  We do not cancel classes and we permit no solicitation, your prospects go back to you.

NYRELC, INC is a local school with National accreditation and programs.  NYRELC does not nickel and dime you.  Your tuition provides you with the textbook and complimentary coffee, soda, snacks, and tea throughout the course. 

Kathi Duffy ABR, CRB, SRES, E-Buyer is a National Association of REALTORS Certified  International Instructor who has taught at both Marist College and Dutchess Community College before opening her own school.  She has been teaching real estate since 1991.
