At Dutchess Home Inspections every effort is made to the meet the time and scheduling constraints of the client.  We are geared toward the first time buyer, placing a strong emphasis on explaining the various aspects of home ownership and maintenance, with special attention paid to child proofing concerns.

Dutchess Home Inspections' mission is to serve Dutchess and surrounding counties by providing an Industry Recognized home inspection that will familiarize the client with the home, as well as providing an awareness of the many aspects of ownership.  The cost of an inspection can be pricey for anyone during a time of many additional expenses.  However, by limiting many of the "Ala Carte" services which can add to the overall cost, the first time buyer can have a quality inspection at a reasonable price.  Areas that may need additional attention will be pointed out and explained to the client.
