TUITION/PAYMENT AGREEMENT for EDUCATION & EVENTS

Must Accept Terms Prior to Viewing Calendar of Events and Course Schedule

The registered member is responsible for the tuition and fee charges unless de-registered by Dutchess County Association of REALTORS for courses that are officially dropped PRIOR to the course start date.  Non-attendance does not constitute an OFFICIAL drop.

Engagements with instructors and other provisions for education and events are made in advance by Dutchess County Association of REALTORS.  NO REFUND will be issued by Dutchess County Association of REALTORS if contacted AFTER the course/event start date/time.  Rescheduling a course/event at no fee, in place of the non-refundable course, is determined by the Chief Staff Executive.

To drop and receive a full refund you must contact Dutchess County Association of REALTORS PRIOR to the first day of class/event; however we urge you to reschedule for a later date.  If you cancel the day of the course, PRIOR to the start time, we will register you into another course consisting of the same cost, at no charge.  NO REFUND will be issued if contacted AFTER the course/event start date/time.

Paying by Check or Cash: You will not be guaranteed in a course/event until payment is received.  There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks.

Class Snow Policy: If the Arlington Central School District has a delay, Dutchess County Association of REALTORS (DCAR) courses are still ON.  If the Arlington Central Schools are cancelled then DCAR courses are cancelled as well.  Regarding DCAR night courses - follow the BOCES night-course snow schedule.  Listen to your local radio stations for updates on these school district cancellations.  Saturday classes: Call 471-2811 and listen to the recorded message to find out if class is cancelled.

Class Make-Ups: If any classes are cancelled it will be made up at the end of the course.

PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to keep your Certificate of Completion.  We may issue a reproduction, with the gold raised seal, for a $25.00 duplication fee.
