Salesperson and Broker's Licensing Courses

Salesperson's Qualifying course include the 75 hour, NYS mandated course instruction, and a 3-hour exam at the end. A grade of 70% or higher is needed to pass. Once you pass this course, you must also take the NYS exam, which you must also pass with a grade of 70% or higher.

Broker's course include the 45 hour, NYS mandated course instruction, and a 3-hour exam at the end. A grade of 70% or higher is needed to pass. Once you pass this course, you must also take the NYS exam, which you must also pass with a grade of 70% or higher.
